here's My Problem
i use plugins as everyone but really want to have my server
run fully 1.8 Not protocol or anything like that
but i would like to schematic my spawn from my 1.7.10 world
so A. do i restart fresh with vanilla 1.8
or B wait for craftbukkit to update and copy across the schematic
or C your ideas ????

Use Spigot. PM me at skype ill send you the patch one.
C get a different craft bukkit like sponge
Sponge doesn't have a build out, and probably won't have a build out for a while. No point mentioning it if it falls under the category of "waiting for plugin platform's release."
In any case, if you want the plugins, then keep on 1.7.10; if you don't mind loosing all plugins, then migrate to 1.8. It's your decision, and you should orient it to the players on your server, rather than asking randoms here.
