So the best thing you can do is to buy a root or virtual server.It depens in wich country u live.
When u buyed one,u just have to run minecraft on it.

In all fairnes, I never said it was the best, I just said of those 2, server 2. By no means did I suggest there wasn't other options or that it was a good deal
