I completely agree with you. But you're taking this too seriously. You just need to calm down and remember what these people are going to take into consideration: Someone who speaks to them nicely and tells them what they need to do to earn it OR someone who has a fat rage at them.

I completely understand that, but picture a middle school argument. One person is just freaking out, yelling all sorts of profanities, lame insults, pathetic comebacks, etc. and the other person just stands there, proving him wrong over and over and over.
