Depends on what is being offered on said "Home Server" I dont like to leave projects unless the compensation I want is not there.
Unless they're paid or have a legal obligation, anyone (staff included) actually has a right to leave whenever they want.
Most devs are freelancers, so unless there are new interesting things to do (like Wynncraft), after completing their objective in your server, the dev MIGHT leave. Also depends on other factors.

"Oh really? lol I didnt know". *sarcasm* well duhhh... He said he wants to partner but why would you trust someone with major perms if they are just gonna dip after a day of helping you. I was just asking him if he was looking for a home server or if hes just gonna help and then leave. Most people want someone that isnt gonna run off after they give them full perms. just to find a week later that your server has been destroyed by that same person.
Also, why bring up a server that hasnt been updated since 1.13 and has been offline for 11 days.. Seems like the dev left.

These all prove the server is still running. There's no real voting system so the devs dont bother updating some server lists.
Wynncraft is still being updated with its last big update last Dec last year
