I reccomend that you don't offer, "First becomes OP" what happens, is if your server takes off, they eventually will be considered a very high rank of power, and could probably be a troll, or not a good staff. I reccomend using something like, "LOOKING FOR STAFF" or, "Need mods!" And never let someone go straight to op or admin. Bring them through the steps, so you know they wont abuse power before you give it to them
