Hello! I'm helping a friend set up a server, but we've ran into some problems in the config, in-game, etc. So we decided to hire a developer to configure the files, set up portals, etc. I was wondering if someone and give me a basic idea of how much we should pay this person for each thing he does?
Appreciated format:
[Task] [Price] [EstimatedTimeRequired(optional)]
Some things might be:
-setting up permissions
-setting up multiverse portals
-building spawns
-setting up safe zone/warzones for factions
-Protecting areas using world guard
-etc
Thanks!

Well, there is a huge difference between paying hourly and paying per task. Generally, if it seems like it is going to take a large amount of time, I would pay them hourly. No more than $10/hour, assuming it is just setting up plugins. If you are not paying hourly, I would generally pay around $10-15/hour of work that you think it will take. I could not specifically tell you, because each and every person has their own ideas on how to region things, and how they want their server set up, so the time really varies.
Plugin manager, not developer.
