Diagonal screen stretching, unknown cause

Hey everyone,

I am having this Diagonal screen stretching when running Minecraft for my son on his computer. I have thoroughly updated anything there is to be update, including windows, gpu etc. I have tried full clean installs of curseforge and minecraft itself. Let me know if anyone has any thoughts or ideas on this issue.
