HOW CAN I DISABLE THE /PL COMMAND? PLEASE HELP ME! I DONT WANT A PLUGIN BECAUSE THEY DONT WORK! IS THERE A PERMISSION? HELPLPPLPLP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Take OUT those permission nodes, form whatever you are using, like essentials, or PEX or bpermissions, or GroupManager!
