So I've looked at every plugin-server-developing website I could think of (Bukkit, Spigot, GitHub) and I've noticed that all the software download pages have DMCA takedown notices. What's going on? What am I supposed to make a plugin server with?!

Ok guys thanks! Not that different from Bukkit, I see, but nice!
You should be able to get plugins from spigot, curse, and if those don't work canary will.

Search spigot 1.7.10 torrent on google, after you get it make sure the md5 hash matches that of ones listed on spigotmc
Am I supposed to download the patcher? That's the only jar file I see. If so, how do I use it?
