Does the resurrection cost violate the eula?

Hello I'm making a server in minecraft. If a user on my server spends all their money, I will kill that user on my server. And dead players will have to pay my server to be able to play again. If so, is it a EULA violation?

If you really want to implement this feature. An alternative 30 day/2 week cooldown which would then allow the player to rejoin that server is probably legal
