Does this go against the EULA?

Heya,
So I have recently been setting up a server and I have finally reached Vip benefit decision time. However, I think it might go against the EULA? Let me explain what I am doing first:

It's a minigames server where it loops though each minigame, but I want to implement kits in to each game which are one time use only. So for example, a speed boost perk. These would cost in game money that can only be earned by playing the minigames.

Would it be against the EULA if Vip's permanently unlocked these kits? I wasn't sure because everybody has access to the kits, just regular players have to repeatedly buy them with in game money...

Thanks in advance!

I also wonder about the EULA, and what would be against it. For example, I found a unique plot plugin where you can merge two plots to make a mega plot. If every rank had 2 plots, but only VIP ranks could merge them, would that go against the EULA?

I don't think that would go against EULA because it gives no gameplay or reward advantage to the Vip. Hmm, I'll try and email some of the Mojang developers...

Some things are unclear; you'd have to ask Mojang. Although, well, Mojang has been bought out by Microsoft... I'm pretty sure they still have the same developers, so you can still ask them.

And reserved slots; say the server is full, and a normal player gets kicked if a VIP/Staff joins. Would that go against the EULA?

We'll never know... or maybe we will. I'd say that you shouldn't worry about that until you get a clear answer, and you should find some EULA-friendly cosmetic plugins, like I'm doing for my server.

P.S The 'Does this go against the EULA?' questions were metaphorical questions, but if someone could actually answer them that'd be pretty cool, because I was actually wondering about them.
