Does this plugin exist? Tutorial island.

Hey guys, so I was wondering if a plugin like this is available for download, I saw it in a server 'bout a year ago.

So basically the plugin spawns new players on a special place (different from /spawn) and on there they do like quests, they talk to npc and they get told like how the server works for example the npc says, in this server u can mine and level up mining skill to mine better ores, mine 3 coal and come back to me and then like they get to know how the server works etc then gets teleported out of there and the next time they spawn then they spawn at the actual spawn u know what i mean.
