I don't get it... Please tell me whats wrong.

These are the reasons I would leave if I were on your server:

- The auto grammar. No one likes those, take it off. It's useless to try to force people to have proper grammar, and annoying to those that actually do.

- The chat is too rainbow. Don't let your staff have colored nicknames, it makes your server seem unprofessional, and in the long run - doesn't keep players on the server.

- There's too much information thrown at you at once. You have 9 papers to read as soon as you join the server, (Which could be simplified by just putting that all in a book..) and then almost double that in holograms. You don't need a book to explain the server, hubs are simple.

- The bar at the top of the screen. Just no. You are trying to play normal survival and you have a purple bar at the top of the screen, which no one even reads, flashing different color words and distracting you.

I would fix these if you want more people on your server, that's what I usually look for a server NOT to have if I stay on it and player, and I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one.

Hey WhimsicalTuber17, how is that download/upload speed possible?

Maybe you should try different things, I am co-owner of a certain server, and all you do on it is build, with different plugins, no protection ext. But maybe people are mad, have you, or your staff done anything to upset them?

Has your server always been cracked?
maybe they are leaving because you changed from "premium" server (bought accounts) to a cracked server (no need of buying) but that's just a guess... (Or they don't want to play Minecraft in general to play other games, possible)

People don't just leave because of other servers. If they put time into yours it will be tough for them to detach from it without a good reason.

If nobody has ever told you why they are leaving or caused any sort of uproar (especially with your purported 500+/100+ players), chances are you aren't even listening to them. The PMC server only peaks at like 15 players and I get lots of complaints and information directed at me - people will discuss leaving weeks in advance, and generally nobody just "leaves" without leaving a mark to somebody as to why they left.

Honestly, looking at your past submission history, I don't see any proof that you've ever had more than 10 or so on your server at all. It's possible that you changed IPs without informing people, that could cause it I suppose.

Although I highly doubt you do this: Don't advertise on servers. If you advertise on servers it means you're just giving your server a bad reputation. Advertise it somewhere server related like on a forum post.

Well, there is a lot of minigame servers out there. Some servers probably had more. And even if you have a leveling up system, Wynncraft is possibly bigger, and perhaps they decided to join another server like that.

Maybe you need to advertise some more. Try making a new post in the server section of the forums.

If that doesn't work try updating it and adding some stuff, and maybe even hire some new staff for new ideas. Don't forget other staff can help advertise too, so that's a bonus of new staff too.

You'd have to ask the players that play on the server. We can't really help you with this issue except give you advice.
