Donation Ranks Help!

Hey I am Chris and I'm the owner of a brand new server called "MixxCraft". I am in need of people that are good with making donator ranks, as an example of what I mean ("Making interesting Donator ranks that people will wanna pay for"). I have a hosted Minecraft server I have been working on for 2 months (Not released publicly yet), and I have gotten 2 Donators within those 2 months and I will like too expand so I can get more. So this is where I need your help, I need someone that can make eye catching donation ranks that people will wanna pay for.
