I don't have your answer, but i do have some advise. Don't use buy craft. It coasts money. In my opinion, enjoin is better. Its free and easier to use. Plus- a lot of big servers like mineplex uses it.

Ok, get a permission plugin for your server. There are two main ones:
PermissionsX (PEX)
and
GroupManager

I personally use PEX, so if you intend to use PEX, then I can help you.
You will want to set w/e it is that you are using for that package to do:
/pex user {name} group add {Name of group that would have the perm you want in it}

If you intend to have it expire, then I would advise you to look into using a timed group add.

But first, make a test server (you can host it on your own computer) install the plugins, then get back to us. It is much easier for people to help you if you actually have a server/know the correct plugins to use and can give us a list of these plugins.

You mean like being able to purchase in game commands?

If you have the ranks set up, just make it execute the command to promote/set the user in the respective rank. If not, just add the permission node(s) to the commands that will be executed.
