So basically some asshole is DoS'ing my server and it has been offline for at least a day now. I've contacted my server host and they havnt been able to fix this yet but are working on it... What I was wondering if there is a possible way to prevent this in the future so it dosnt happen again. I want to keep my server up and running so the players can have a good time but I cant do that if the server is down constantly.

I think the person DoS'ing me was a player I did ban and threatened to DoS it.

Sorry But DDOS Protection For Minecraft Servers Is Very Expensive And Unless Your Server Is Really Popular The Way I Could Guess Is To Ban Him And He Will Get Bored Eventually Untill Good Luck
