Okay, so I have been playing this game for over two years almost three and have a big noob question. I am trying to build a simple refrigerator, no red stone at all. I am trying to make two doors face each other on pistons or iron blocks, they don't even need to open and I can't place them facing each other for some reason. I did it like a day ago and now I can't do it again. Thanks,

Thanks dude! You solved my problem and now I will be able to sleep.
It's probably just a bug. Either way, try getting rid of any non-bottom adjacent blocks before placing them. You can also try placing them when only one of the side blocks are up.
