Downloading mods into server

How do i download mods? I tried youtube but it always says "Download forge" or any other mod downloader. Can anyone give me a step by step way to download them into my server?

You are gonna want to download MCPC+ from here http://ci.md-5.net/job/MCPC-Plus/ which is forge craft bukkit. Then you are gonna want to do same setup as you do with normal craftbukkit servers, but bat file code is different. I don't remember what it was but you can look up it on the MCPC+ page. Then there will be generated folder called mods and then put in minecraft mods you want your server to have in that folder and then everyone who has all of the mods in the mods folder can join your server. Make sure that they are not outdated.
