DtDNS port foward Problem

I just port fowarded again with 25567 instead of 25565 for votifer and MAdmin for Minecraft. PMC says it can connect with its the old DtDNS ip but people say they cant. ALthough people can connect with the static ip with :25567 at the end, HELP.
