Dynamic FOV modification question

I'm not exactly sure if this Planet Minecraft in general is the right place to ask this, but this was the first Minecraft forum I knew off the top of my head.
In Minecraft, there is a FOV modifier for how fast you move. Speed potions increase FOV, Slowness potions decrease FOV, and sprinting slightly increases it. I know in clients such as Badlion and Lunar, there is an option to edit this modifier. However, I don't know of any mods that give me the option to do this on Forge, and I haven't found any by just looking up "Dynamic FOV mod." I know Optifine can turn off the modifier completely, but that isn't what I'm looking for. I'm looking for a way to change the modifier myself, whether it's a mod or if it's some line of code I can change. Does anyone know of such methods?
