Echo PEt Won't load

I have bungee server connected on 1.7.10 and i could not load echo pet i know that echo pet is not supported for that version but i see some servers that somehow enabled it.If anybody now any EchoPet patch or any way to enable echo pet for 1.7.10 please help me (or is there any way to setup 1.7-1.8 versions in one + echo pet)
