Eclipse/Optifine

I have recently started coding and I like to play the world I test on through Eclipse to extensively try out what I've done and see if it's overpowered and what not. Well I have lag issues while playing through eclipse and would like to fix that to make it easier to test.

I have Optifine working on my non test world that isn't touched by Eclipse but can't get it to work on Eclipse one.

Any body have any ideas?
