MC Edit Won't Copy Entities In My Chests! HELP!

Hey so I am building a map, and I need to copy and repaste a section. Sounds simple right, well it is, but there is a problem. When I paste the section any chests go empty and signs go blank. No matter what I try it won't work! I have save the section as a schematic and imported it in, I have used the clone tool, I have just copied AMD pasted, nothing works. I am in Minecraft 1.5.1 and have the latest version of MC Edit. I need help badly! I am willing to do anything! Please!!!!

^^^ Never listen to the people that say "You might want to try to reinstall..." Thats just what they say when you dont or they dont know what to do. Only reinstall it IF you need to.

You might want to try to reinstall MCEdit.
