Effect permissions with Luckperms

Hey, so I use the plugin Luckperms to add groups. I want players to have permission to use the /effect command for certain effects. For example, an elf can use the speed effect, but not the strength effect. The problem is that using verbose only releases the permission for minecraft.command.effect. I want something like minecraft.command.effect.speed. Please help. Thanks.
