so everytime i try to connect to my server it says the connection was refused. my friend can but i cant. plz help. here is the serve info

it worked thnx. its a private server with me and one other friend if u wanna join u can
if all else fails delete the propertied file and run it again to get a fresh one
type in localhost or type the ip with the port
