EnderwomanTexture Pack Not Working :(

Im currently playing on a Better MC Fabric 1.19.2 server with Optifine and shaders installed but am unable to get this texture pack (https://www.planetminecraft.com/texture-pack/enderwoman-4479912/) to work. Ive got the pack first in my load order but only the new face gets put on top of the existing enderman texture/model. I tried deleting the enderman texture in my other texture pack (lower in load order) but that didnt work either. Does anyone know how to get it working?
Edit: CEM did work to load the modded model to show up in game after following the instructions on the CEM download page. Unfortunately, the legs of the model in game are not lined up with the rest of the body, and I think its just the resource pack being messed up. Unless someone wants to fix it themself I dont think it will work properly since the resouce pack is not being updated anymore :/ Thanks the help though guys

Optifine isn't compatible with fabric unless you're using optifabric.
For future reference, the place to ask about this is on the texture pack's page -- as in most situations it would be a problem with the pack itself.

Its probably an issue caused by optifine's incompatibility with fabric. There are some mods for fabric that try to emulate optifine features such as CITs and CEMs. I would say try using one of those.
