Back in the day when I ran a server, the console was constantly being spammed with useless crap. Try contacting your hosting company, and asking what they think it is.

I'm not so much concerned, its more that it keeps spamming the console making it really hard to do anything using it.
If it is not affecting the server's performance, I would simply ignore it. It is most likely an error with the version of a plugin, or bukkit/spigot. I would not be that concerned.

If you do /pl, are any of the plugins red? And also, is your server being slowed/crashed by this issue?
None of the plugins are red and the server isn't being slowed.
