Error "Initializing Legacy Material Support" 1.18.1

Hi! New user here!
I have a server with 1.18.1. My old blade server was broken and just moved everything to a new server. Then,
’‘[14:26:31 ERROR]: [STDERR] [org.bukkit.craftbukkit.v1_18_1.legacy.CraftLegacy] Initializing Legacy Material Support. Unless you have legacy plugins and/or data this is a bug!’‘
this message shows up every time I restart the server. Does anyone have any ideas for me to try? Server crashes sometimes for some unknown reason.

I have a few questions:
By the way, I advise you to ask this type of questions in a server-oriented platform or forum like the SpigotMC Forums as you are more likely to get an answer there than here.
- What server software/implementation are you using (e.g. Bukkit, Spigot, Paper, Tuinity, etc.)? If you're using Bukkit, I highly suggest you try Paper, or at least Spigot. Those are more optimized versions of Bukkit.
- What plugins are you using? Please also indicate the version of the plugin. Also, try starting the server with no plugins at all.
