Error 1.8 Rapid Spinning
I have a problem where my view on Minecraft just starts rapidly spinning and controlling me. It's ruining a lot of stuff I enjoy doing such as building and playing minigames.
I played on an SMP server for a few months without Optifine (and VBO's Off) and experienced no issues. As soon as I installed Optifine 1.8 (still have the problem with Optifine 1.8.1) and enabled VBO's it started happening. It's not my mouse as I don't have the issue on 1.7.(X) or an versions lower than it.
I am using a Windows 7 Laptop which is about 3 years old if that helps.
I really need some help, hopefully someone can help me or if anyone who has had the problem and fixed it can let me know how.

Anyone have a solution?/
Okay so I've determined that the spinning is due to lag. In 1.7 where I normally was extremely laggy was where I experienced the spinning in 1.8 just without the lag.
