Error when loading up minecraft drivers do not support openGL?

I have bought Minecraft today and try to load it up but it is saying that my drivers do not support something called OpenGL I have no clue what that is and any help on how I could get this working would be amazing. Also the error code is 65542

Your Graphic Card need to supports OpenGL to run Minecraft, i think OpenGL is something that is required for shader in Minecraft, like the glowing effect from the spectral arrow, or when you enter an entity in spectator mode

What are your computer's specs? Ex: CPU, GPU, Ram, etc.
