Sorry, you have to ask this in a separate thread, this one was for an issue connecting to a server. All you have to do is go to Forums > Help > Java Edition. On that page, you should see a button that says 'Start Topic'.

A few things can cause this. The most common way to fix it is to log out and sign back with your email and password. To do this, exit Minecraft if it's currently running, then start Minecraft up. On the first screen (the one with the Play button) click on your username at the top left of the screen, then click log out. After, log back in and see if you can join the server.
