Essentials commands NOT WORKING! Help please :3

I have been running my server for alittle now, with permissionsex, without a problem. For 1.4.6. I got serious lag, so I updated my plugins and now NONE of the essentials commands work. No one can /home or /tpa or /sethome or nothing! I tried commands for other plugins and it works! Why isn't this working ! Please help! Also, all the perm nodes are written correctly and haven't been changed!
