Someone on my server gained access to /mail sendall
Existing players and new players now all have innapropriate messages in their mailbox
Is there any way to clear these messages?

Short of entering configuration files and user data and manually removing messages, I don't believe there is such a function in essentials.
What I'd do is take out essentials.mail.* and manually add necessary perms or remove the sendall perm, whichever the offending user with that permission has, and then send a message noting that it's an issue and has been corrected.
