Hello! I have looked in a few places to figure out how to do the prefixes for groups/users using essentials. I haven't really found out too much, and what I have found I haven't really understood much. If anyone can help, please do.
All I need is a way to make the prefixes show up. at the moment i have Factions, so it shows the factions, then the name. I tried doing manuaddv [name] prefix Owner, but that didn't work.

"manuaddv" is groupmanager.
Get groupmanager (alas, not the best for 1.9 right now, but it can be done) or PEX (more 1.9 friendly at the moment).

Manuaddv adds variables for the user, not the group. If you're using GroupManager I personally suggest setting all of your prefixes and chat formatting through your essentials config.
Regarding PEX I believe those things are set through the physical permissions file.
