Essentials & World Guard Not Working Well Togeather

Hello PlanetMinecraft Community , I have recently opened a server, yesterday seemed to be going well until a member tried to use the shop. It doesn't let them buy or sell. I have world guard on the area and i have /rg flag shop use allow
None of this seems to help, Please if anyone can help me find a solution.

When you created the [buy] signs. Did the [Buy] text colors when to blue or black?
Try updating your spigot, I remember one old 1.8 spigot build having some economy signs issues which were fixed in a later version.
