This is the usual "EULA is vague" post. I've googled awhile but couldn't find an answer.

Currently my server has the Griefprevention plugin installed and it is a major part of the server. I have often noticed that some players expand much faster than others. This plugin allows players to claim their own land. However, to prevent useless claiming of unused land, there is a limit of how much a player can claim. Their ability to claim is counted by blocks and these blocks increase in number as the player keeps playing. Would it be against the EULA to sell claim blocks?

In a sense it is purely cosmetic as a player can still enjoy the full mine craft experience. But it does also affect gameplay in a way. So I am completely lost.

In all honesty they don't enforce the EULA unless you're a huge server. Do what you want however many including myself are strongly against any type of pay2win advantage.
