So one of my admins accidentally set everyone creative how do I un-creative everyone, without going through all the players un-creativeing [Is that a word?] them 1-by-1?

No,but I found a plugin that lets me change everyones mode to survival.

um do you have multiverse installed? if so use the plugin to set the world to survival.
