Before i even start, I would like to say I have hosted minecraft servers before, and I am not new to any of this portfowarding stuff. Thanks now please continue:
Alright, so I have hosted a minecraft server before, and the IP address was my External / Static IP address. Which is here: http://prntscr.com/itm76 . My brother had turned off and turned on the router once, and that's when this started to happen; i was NOT able to connect to my own server using my External IP Address. I am WELL aware i can use "localhost" but that is not my point. My point is, how can I get my external IP Address working again, so that my friends and other users can connect to my server, or in any case if my server has an external IP at all, and if i can find it? If you need to know more information, please ask I will be answering all questions.

Rent a server?
I have just finished re-portfowarding . I used my Computer's LAN IP and used it to foward a new port for my server. I then changed the server's Port to the newly port fowarded port, and i am still not able to connect. T.T
Hm... Double check everything, and then I'm out of ideas.
When I google "IP" it is the same as it was before the router power on/off .
Try port forwarding from scratch again. Go into cmd and type "ipconfig", get your LAN IP, (should be something like 192.168.x.xxx), get into your router, make sure to forward the right port, and click save. Then restart your computer and try again.
Google "IP". When someone restarts the router, unless you pay extra money for an IP that does not change, the IP will change. The only way to keep the IP from changing if you do not want to spend that extra money is to keep the router on all the time and never restart it.
If this still does not work, make sure that your LAN IP hasn't changed. If your computer was 192.168.0.100 when you port forwarded, but now it is 192.168.0.101, this could lead to some problems.

Maybe the port has been changed. Try going to your router and changing the port to... hmm... try 25566. Then go to server.properties in your server files and change server-port: 25565 to server-port: 25565. If that doesn't work, message me. Although I'm not a professional, I know your options.
