Extreme visual glitch using forge

*I AM USING FORGE AND MODS*
When I access forge Minecraft, I can enter the game without problems with and without mods. This problem occurs when I join a world, with or without mods. Once I enter the world, the screen is one solid color that only changes (in color) when I move the mouse, but it is still only one color at one given time. Sometimes fiddling with the system provides brief reprieve and allows me to actually see what is going on in the game, but when I break and collect items it breaks again. There are no crash reports because the game doesn’t crash with this, and the game is actually playing, the only issue is that I can’t see anything except one distinct solid color that covers the whole screen even when I click the pause menu. Everything else works as if I was playing the game, the audio works, the movement works, and the game mechanics work. I really need your help fixing the problem because it renders the forge and mods unplayable. I have done so many things to try to remedy the problem such as updating drivers, uninstalling and reinstalling minecraft, the launcher, and all related files including Java. I need your help.
