This was friday i came on a random server (With a server texture pack)
Then this started happening everytime when i walked into a wall that glitch or bug changed to the block the walls were made of.
What do i do?

The textures may be broken or you can uninstall minecraft re-install

That has actually happened to me except it started showing things that were not even in the game like the removed mobs like beastboy and things like grey grass, and rubys. Then whole screen turned grey then my computer crashed. Btw this was in 1.2.5

well i think i found the problem..
my video card overheated around that time i got a warning afterwards but i did not have any time to post a reaction

If the above fix doesn't work, try also ensuring that you have the latest java and video drivers.
Multiplayer can be buggy sometimes, especially when mods are involved. If the server has any mods it could be one of those.
It could not be a texture pack causing that. it could be a mod or an error in your minecraft.jar. try force updating your minecraft.

You could also try removing any mods you have then reinstalling them. Or alternatively, just delete your minecraft.jar then replace it.

Make Server Textures Off and try again
