Faction Name not showing!

So i have Essentials Chat and gropumanager. I have factions but it wont show the name of the faction. I went to essentials chat and did (faction_name) , and it doesnt work!! Please tell me what to put there!!!

This is a update to the factions plugins. Many people were complaining of the names being to long so MassiveCraft removed the names. I think if you get an older version it will work. Also somewhere in the factions config there is somewhere to do it..
