hey guys so for some reason when i try to buy land it says "you cannot afford $30" even though i have much more money in my essentials bank account. Any suggestions?

In the factions config make sure that land claiming is set to free. If you really want the money to buy land I don't know what to tell you. I guess just make 100% sure that its set up correctly and essentials economy is enabled.
