Faction setup help.
I'm installng factions on my newly made server. We want only two factions, and I want it set up to where only admins can make the factions. Also, When they join a certain faction, I'd like it to automatically set them in a separate faction permission group depending one which faction they join. I use PermissionsEX for permissions/tags etc. Whats the easiest way to make it all happen?

The server goes live on Tuesday. Anyone is allowed to join, I'll be posting the info then. We don't give out op's or mod to anyone. We woudnt have mods at all if it wasnt for a select few.
No offence but you need to have staff for a good server
A successful server can be ran by one person.
Servers don't NEED anything to be great.

umm... Google? ._. I don't know much about this so that's my best suggestion...
no effence but you guys no nothing about minecraft servers ive set one up plugged it through port and setup multiplayer use because that isnt simple

Anyway, OP, I don't know of a way to add people to a permission group when they join a faction, making it so only admins make the factions is easy, just don't give default the ability to create factions.
You could just add them to the other perm groups manually?

After days of reading several books about languages and deciphering all i can say is that we just discovered a new ancient language understood by just a few people in the world! I think he said something about port forwarding tho... and well. I think he speaks the language of the noobs if i decipher it right. Here's my best try

Note: Port forwarding is just as easy as downloading a mod. So i'm pretty sure that we discovered some kind of Nooblet language.

Because asking how to specifically configure a plugin has EVERYTHING to do with port forwarding, right?

Well, you can just give them all the permissions for factions, except the create, disband, moderator, admin commands. You can't do anything with the "When they join a faction", but what you can do, is make two ranks. One for each faction, and give them certain abilities, and then make sure the owner or mods of the factions are admins, and download the plugin, "PermissionsPlus." Then you can just type /promote username and it will put them at the rank, with the specific permissions!
ATM i am the only one who does the configuring. I have like 5 others who run the server with me, but I'm the brain behind it. And the server will be getting new people dayly so i dont want to have to repeatedly change someones group b/c i cannot be on as much as that would require.
