For some reason when people die, they spawn in their faction home. HOw do i fix that.

It depends on the plugin you are using for factions, take a look through your config file for it and see if there is a way to turn it off.

That is how factions work. If you are in a faction, when you die you auto-respawn in your fac home. To my knowledge you can't change this.
