Faction's 1.6.4 wont work

So i installed mcore (newest update) then did the same with faction's im on java 7 because other people have had this issue and once i start my server i get this error in the console http://pastebin.com/r787uPMc i have tried everything uninstall both plugin's reinstall but i dont know why this is happening
