Ok well I just recently made a server and I want the groups to each talk in different colors. Like the owner always talks in blue and its bold or the admins always talk in green or whatever so the people in chat dont skip over it. Thanks for the help.

The chat colours are all from a permissions plugin. I personally use PEX(permissions ex). The tag and username are the prefix tag and the chat colour is suffix.
As for command watcher, most developers don't make plugins like that because it spams the chat feed of your admins. Why not just look at console? If you want to monitor and manage the commands people uses, why not just use a permissions plugin and restrict commands you don't want people to have.

Ok thanks but is thier anyway to always talk in color with essentials chat?
Also is thier any plugins that allows you to see what the other players use like thier commands? Thier was one called CommandWatcher but it has become inactive. Thanks
