Factions for 1.7.2 Help

Hi, I know alot about minecraft servers (permissions etc.) I am completely clueless on how to get factions running on my 1.7.2 minecraft server. Everytime I run the development build of craftbukkit factions doesnt work and give my server a giant error. Ive seen hundreds of other servers running factions :/ so can someone write me a step list on how to get it working? Thanks! PS. Mcore and factions cause the conflicts or whatever.
