Factions for 1.7.9 do not work

i recently installed Factions and Mcore together automatically on a Panel, I didn't do it manually. But everytime I restart the server they dont show up

Install mcore first then start the server, then install factions and start the server. If it is still not working, there may be a version miss match with your auto installer when it installs the plugins. Personally, this is one of the many reasons mcore ruined factions.
If they don't appear in /plugins, the server will be printing an error in console. Restart your server, wait for the error and then post it in code tags. Like:

Server doesn't print errors when dependencies do not install properly and then a plugin that is dependent tries to use a dependency. It will just not work.

~Snip~ I see what you are saying. Sorry, my mistake, but with factions and mcore, if they are both loaded and there is a version incompatibility, there will not always be an error, they simply do not work. Mcore and factions are very version dependent of each other.
