Factions Help!

Hello!
I am the owner of a factions server called Faction Frenzy, and I have been having difficulty trying to configure the factions plugin!
People can do such commands as /f list /f create and all of those commands, but the main problem is that they cannot destroy chests in other peoples factions! I tried to look through the config files in Factions, but the document is only 1 line long, and I am not sure what to change there... I have also looked through Mcore, and that to does not have somewhere I can configure Factions!
People on my server cant also claim land that isn't adjacent to their faction!
Please help!
