Factions HELP NEEDED!

Hello guys, I have a question about the Faction plugin.

I want it that the chatformatting looks like that:

[Factionname] (Playername) >> (Message)

Currently it looks like this:

Factionname (Playername) >> (Message)

How do I get the Faction Tag into the brackets?? I use EssentialsChat ONLY!

Skype would be helpful.
